In 2011 Nora Maciol, Kirsten
Bremehr and Diana Mayer-Karstadt, 3 students in Performing Arts Pedagogy,
worked with dementia patients at “Haus im Park“ nursing home in Bremerhaven.
For 3 months they had collected personal stories of patients and reviewed
various aspects of this illness and patients through performing arts.
The creative power of art brought patients a brighter world and made their lives meaningful as they are also members of the society.
